Sorting Options Explained
- A → Z (ascending) — standard alphabetical order. Numbers sort before letters.
- Z → A (descending) — reverse alphabetical. Useful for reverse-chronological lists or finding items at the end of an alphabetical range.
- Case-sensitive — uppercase letters sort before lowercase in ASCII order (A–Z comes before a–z). Turn this off for natural language lists.
- Remove duplicates while sorting — combines alphabetization and deduplication in one step.
